Clare’s 10 minute Prawn’s
With this absolutely glorious sunshine we have all been enjoying over the last few weeks, spending more than a few minutes in doors getting a dinner on the table would be a crime so today I am sharing with you a real family favorite recipe that take’s 10 minutes from start to finish to get on the table, this has just 4 ingredients but tastes so unbelievable delicious you will be convinced it should take more time, more ingredients and more effort! Give Clare’s 10 minute Prawn’s a go and see just how amazing these are for yourself!.
Preparation 2 minutes
Total time less than 10 minutes
600g of fresh large black prawns
400g of flat rice noodles
4 heads of pak choi
12 tbs Ready made Teriyaki sauce
1/ Chop and wash your pak choi
2/ Boil a kettle of water, place the rice noodles into a heat proof bowl, cover with the just boiled water, cover and leave to soften, 2-3 minutes max
3/ Place your fresh prawns in a large frying pan and cook for 1-2 minutes and then turn over, add your washed pak choi and cook for 1-2 more minutes on a nice high heat, remove the noodles from the water and add to the pan of prawns and pak choi.
4/ Add the ready made teriyaki sauce and cook for 30 seconds
Simply pile into bowls and enjoy!
If you do not like prawns then use mushrooms, tofu, chicken, beef or pork. It will work equally well with all of these. If you do opt for beef marinade it in 1/2 the sauce for 15 minutes before cooking.
So there you have it Clare’s 10 minute Prawn’s , this is possibly one of the easiest meals I have ever shared with you, but I promise it is so delicious you will be thrilled that I did finally share it with you.
