Clare’s 10 Minute Stir Fry

This is possibly the quickest dinner I have ever got on the table non the less it is packed with delicious flavor. Clare’s 10 Minute Stir Fry is something you can adapt depending on what you like, what your family likes and what’s left in the fridge the day before you go shopping. If you want to go meat free, then do, If you want to take out the noodles, then no worries, you can do that, it is your stir fry, your way.

Takes 2 minutes to prepare

Feed 4 people

Total time 10 minutes


  • 200g Lean Beef sliced thinly
  • 1 head of broccoli separated into florets
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 gloves of grated garlic
  • 2 tbs light soya sauce
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1 chopped red chilli
  • 200g pre cooked noodles
  • 200g corgetti
  • Chopped coriander



1/ Place just boiled water into a large sauce pan, add the noodles and broccoli, bring back to the boil and drain

2/ Add the sliced onions, coconut oil to a large frying pan, cook on high for 30 seconds, then add the chilli, garlic, sesame seeds and sliced beef, cook for 1-2 minutes

3/ Drain the noodles and broccoli, add to the beef and carry on cooking on high for 1-2 minutes, add the soya sauce and serve.

Note: When using lean, quality beef, you do not need to cook it for more than a few minutes but of you want it a little more cooked then add 1-2 minutes but really if you slice the beef thin enough it will not take long at all to cook. Feel free to add other veggies and to make this your own. Cook double to have a ready made lunch for the next day. And please try this with prawn’s and chicken, both of which are delicious but both only take the same 10 minutes to get on the table.
