Disneyland Paris’s current job openings:

Our teams are growing and we are now looking for new Cast Members who want to be part of the magic of our destination! We will be travelling and holding recruitment sessions to meet candidates who wish to join us on permanent or seasonal contracts for our operational positions.


  • Food & Beverage: waiter/waitress, commis chef, dishwashing staff, quick service staff,
  • Greeting/Tourism: attraction operator-host/hostess, ticketing host/hostess, guest relations host/hostess
  • Sales: boutique sales assistant, customer advisor central reservation
  • Hospitality: receptionist, luggage handler, lifeguard, housekeeping staff

Boutique Salesperson (M/F)
Recruiting session in Dublin on September 25 and 26th

Reporting directly to the Boutique Manager or Shift Manager, your mission is to deliver great service to our guests in one of our themed boutiques while respecting our core values: Safety, Courtesy, Show and Efficiency


  • Greet guests personally, in accordance with the theme of our boutique
  • Offer (at the cash register or in the store) products in accordance with the guest’s needs and finalise the sale.
  • Interact with our guests in several languages (French and English mostly)
  • Make sure that our products are properly showcased and optimised.
  • Supply, store and recondition products if necessary

Several contracts are available:

  • Permanent contract (CDI),
  • Fixed-term contract (CDD), from 2 weeks to 8 months, during French school holidays (October, December, February, April and July-August)
  • Disneyland Paris Learning Program (beginner in French accepted)

Are you over 18 years-old and service-oriented? Do you have at least one experience in hospitality or tourism?

If selected, you will receive an email inviting you to a recruitment session. Please note that access to our recruitment sessions is only possible if you have received an invitation.

What is the process?

Present yourself with your CV and all requested documents. The session consists of two parts. First, our teams will introduce you to our destination, the day-to-day life at the resort, and the various benefits you will enjoy as a Cast Member. You will then have the opportunity to participate in a game and become an expert on Disneyland Paris before interviewing with our Recruitment Team. This session will be an opportunity for you to better discover our company, its professions and its values.

What happens after the recruiting session?

Whether your application is accepted or not you will be informed by email of the outcome of your interview.
